The MC405CRME has been rented out from Colombian crane rental company STI, and used in a hanger near Medellin airport where 5 units of Airbus A320 class can be maintenanced at once with ceiling height of about 16m. The crane is now used for lifting parts of A320 aircraft for 3 days a week.

Required working height for this job is 14m and lifting load is maximum of 1.2t, so this crane can offer enough capacity for this application. The electric motor also can provide comfortable working environment, and remote control system realizes more convenient work.
