Golden Week is a series of consecutive national holidays in Japan that is from the end of April to early May.

May 4th is Greenery Day. It reminds us of the importance of nature.

The last national holiday is Children's Day on May 5th.

Traditional sweets are eaten and some homes display samurai helmets (kabuto).

Kabuto means that the child should grow up well.
