Have you seen this character on our homepage recently?

　It isn't well known overseas, but it can be seen on stickers on machines sold domestically in Japan.

　When our overseas models were first manufactured, those same stickers were also attached to overseas machines. However, users were looking for a more powerful image for their cranes and told us it was too cute.

　For that reason, now we use the Maeda Mini Cranes symbol on our overseas machines instead of the character.

　Overseas, these machines are known as "spider cranes". But in Japan, they're called "crab cranes". This is because during its development, the shape of the crane resembled a crab. That's how our character came to be.

　But despite being a symbol of Maeda, this character actually only appears on a few other items! It's a very rare character.
