Throughout the two weeks of training, I was impressed by how consistently hard our training participant worked with enthusiasm and energy.

He approached the training with a motivated attitude from start to finish and worked earnestly to improve his skills and gain more knowledge. We hope the experience gained from this training will contribute to further improvements in service quality across North America.

This training program aims to enhance participant's technical skills through hands-on instruction. We cover product knowledge and maintenance techniques. Here at Maeda, we will continue to strengthen our global after-sales service system by cultivating skilled technical service personnel and improving the technical capabilities of our overseas dealers. Our goal is to provide high-quality products and support to customers all around the world.
